Ingredients

  • 6 cups of Curiously Cinnamon cereal
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 apples, peeled, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g of miniature marshmallows
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Place a paper baking cup into each part of a 12 part regular-size muffin tin.

Place the Curiously Cinnamon cereal in a large bowl and set aside.

Peel and cut the apples into small cubes of about 2cm each.

In the skillet, add the butter and melt over a medium heat until it has all melted. Add the chopped apple to the skillet.

Cover skillet with a lid and cook the apples for 3 to 5 minutes or until apples are turning golden and liquid is gone.

Set aside to cool for around 5 minutes.

Add the marshmallows and cinnamon to the skillet. Cook and stir until the marshmallows are completely melted.

Stir in the cooked apples.

Pour the marshmallow and apple mixture over the Curiously Cinnamon cereal in the mixing bowl and fold to combine.

Place the mixture into the paper baking muffin cups and leave to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
