200g Nestle GOFREE Corn Flakes, finely crushed
grated peel of half a lemon
400g firm white fish fillet, such as cod or haddock
1 egg, lightly whisked
20g butter
olive oil
corn tortillas
a ripe avocado
1 small lemon, cut into wedges
small gem lettuce
