  • 4 Shredded Wheat Original Biscuits (90g), crushed
  • 200 g white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 2.5 tablespoons beetroot juice
  • 1 small bag of cranberries

Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of barely simmering water. Add the beetroot juice for a blood like appearance. Pour the chocolate over the Shredded Wheat and stir well to combine.

Spoon the chocolate Shredded Wheat mix into 12 cupcake cases and press the back of a teaspoon in the centre to create a mould. Place 2-4 cranberries into each mould. Chill in the fridge for 2 hrs until set.
