  • 120 g Shreddies Original
  • 90 g rolled oats
  • 100 g whole-wheat flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 90 g mashed banana
  • 50 g melted buttery baking spread (or any vegan butter alternative or margarine)
  • 120 ml plant-based milk alternative (almond, coconut etc)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 140 g shredded carrot
  • optional: 50 g coarsely chopped walnuts
  • optional: 50 g dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons crushed Shreddies Original
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
